Resellers will now be able to grant balances to their customers, who can use it to consume virtualisation resources; virtual machines, storage or cloud services.

With this new functionality you will be able to:

  • Give the customer access to the budgeting tool: Share a URL with your customer to configure the virtual machine according to their needs. Once the draft is created, you can review, adjust and assign the final quote for approval or rejection.
  • Create the quote yourself: As a reseller, you can also configure the machine from the estimator without giving access to the customer, maintaining greater control over the process.

The process is divided into the following simple steps:

  1. Create the quote and assign it to the customer.
  2. Send the quote to the customer.
  3. Approve or reject the quote.
  4. Provision the virtual machine.
